To make your upcoming party more memorable for you and your guests, you really should consider choosing from one of these party theme ideas. There are many more party themes, but here are 6 easy ones you can throw at home:
1. Arabian – An Arabian Nights party is a very popular party theme. You should aim to create intrigue and mystery with your setting, perhaps you could hold it on a beach at night. Everybody will be dressing up as princes, princesses and thieves.
2. Masquerade – You and your guests will need to dress up in elaborate costumes and hide your faces by wearing masks. Think of the film Eyes Wide Shut with Tom Cruise. You mustn’t know who you are talking to!
3. Hawaiian – Hawaiian or Luau parties centre around the “surf shack” where you could station a professional cocktail maker for your guests to enjoy drinks such as the Aloha or the Hawaiian Heartbreaker. 5. Hollywood – A Hollywood theme party is one of the easier party theme ideas to pull off. Most people already have most of the props to make it work well. You can have an Oscar night with awards for best costume or best couple.
6. Toga – An easy one to pull off due to its simplicity. A toga can be made out of a bed sheet, the only other thing you need is sandals and you are transported back to ancient Greece.
