Jamie Lynn Spears 6 Months Pregnant, Riding An ATV

Posted on 27. Aug, 2009 by Gregory Paul.

I came across this strange video on a website where out of the woods came Jamie Lynn Spears and boyfriend Casey on a raging ATV. It was rumored that Spears was 6 months pregnant at the time of the footage. Apparently, both parents were not that concerned with the 6 month fetus in the mothers womb. This is definitely a blatant disregard for safety, and responsibility in driving and owning an All Terrain Vehicle. There are laws defining the driving of quads on regular roads, and it is expected of ATV owners to practice safety measures while driving a quad bike to protect themselves, the passengers, and other people on the streets.

As to how safe or dangerous operating an ATV is, is still in dispute as of this moment. Some people point out numerous injuries and accidents linked with quad rides, but these incidents have also been pointed as a result of disregard to safety measures and non compliance of generally accepted security precautions that should have been followed.

In the UK and some countries in the world driving an ATV on the public streets is allowed. As long as you are able to meet certain legal requirements then you are free to take your quad in the highways.

To begin with, the requirements of the road traffic act of 1988 in terms of road tax, insurance and MOT need to be complied with.

Driving an ATV on public streets is not considered child’s play. You need to be the owner of a full valid UK car driving license to take one of these out on the road.

The quad itself needs to comply with all traffic rule requirements. It needs to be equipped with lights, horn, speedometer, road mirrors and mounted on road legal tires. The quad also needs to be registered with the DVLA.

There are many road legal ATV models that one can choose from. At any time, any model, and any terrain, we recommend one very important thing. When on a quad, always wear a helmet.

Driving an ATV may be deemed dangerous by some people, but still, in anything we do, we can be safe if we take into consideration all the safety features and recommendations that have been placed. They are designed for our security, and that includes a 6 month fetus life as well.

While surfing on the internet i found this bizarre video of a 6 month pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears on an ATV with his boyfriend Casey driving the quad. They seem to be in total disregard of the safety of the 6 month old fetus in the mother’s womb, a blatant disregard of the safety measures and amount of responsibility ATV owners must exercise when commanding this high powered machine. It is expected for quad operators to safeguard their own protection, their passenger’s and other people on the streets.

The issue of how safe or dangerous riding or driving an ATV is still being debated up to this time. Although some people would contend that there are numerous injuries and accidents relating to ATV rides, it is important to point out that most of these accidents are caused by non-compliance of safety measures and recommendations that have been placed.

Did you know that in the UK and some countries driving quads on public roads are legal? Of course there are some legal requirements that need to be met.

There is a great range of road legal ATVs that one can find, but at all times, despite any model of quad you may own, in the road or in any terrain, always wear a helmet.

In aftermath, our safety is still in our hands. While being on an ATV maybe a risk to some people, there are safety measures and precautions that are designed for our security. If we comply with the safe conduct rules, we can make it a lot safer for us, for our passengers, for other people, and a fetus as well.

Three Simple Steps for Beyonce Diet Success

Posted on 27. Aug, 2009 by Curt Joel.

The Lemonade Diet or Master Cleanse Diet or master cleanse diet, is a relatively simple process that is said to detoxify the body. Many claim that it also helps with weight loss. It has gained popularity recently thanks to celebrities like Beyonce. She claims that the lemonade diet helped her lose 20 pounds of fat. Just remember, this diet is not a pleasant process. However, if you still wish to try it, here are the steps.

The first part of the program eases you into the routine and prepares your mind and body. Your stomach will adjust to receiving less food and you will be psychologically prepared. The first part consists of three days, on the first day you can eat fruits and vegetables, removing meat and processed foods from your diet. On the second day you can only drink fruit and vegetable juices, if you do not have a juicing machine create a broth. The third day entails drinking two liters of fresh squeezed orange juice with a tablespoon of maple syrup and water to fill.

The main part is referred to as the lemonade diet. To succeed with this it is important that you prepare your meals first thing in the morning, right after waking up. You should prepare all of your “meals” at this time.

RECIPE

You will need to gather 14 tablespoons of hand squeezed lemon juice, three 1-liter reusable bottles, 14 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, and two liters of water. Place seven tablespoons of the lemon juice into a 1-liter bottle and repeat with a second bottle. Do the same with the maple syrup, add the cayenne pepper and fill it with water. Fill your third bottle full of water as you will need to drink it throughout the day to give your body the illusion you are full.

The second part of the master cleanse diet involves taking in the lemonade and purified water all day. You will feel hungry. When you do, just drink the lemonade and follow it with several sips of purified water.

The hardest part of the diet is the third step, which is salt water flush. In essence, you drink salt water to induce several bowel movements to cleanse your system. Mix one liter of room temperature water with a teaspoon of sea salt. It is easiest to drink the solution in one gulp, but be sure to stand by the sink as your reflexes may sink in halfway through. After drinking the mixture you can go about your night until a bowel movement occurs – typically within 60 minutes of drinking the salt water. It is important to perform the flush in the evening because you will be on the toilet for a while. You must be near a toilet for several hours after the first movement. When you reach the point where you can go 15 minutes without eliminating, you are safe.

How long should you stay on the master cleanse diet? some master cleanse dieters do it for 3-days while other can remain on it for up to 2-weeks. Remember, this diet is not for everyone. Contact your doctor before you try it. The next step of the diet is known as the ease out part. It is essential part of the diet, so you don’t get sick. Also, remember that the master cleanse diet is a detoxification process. This is not a fat loss plan. Your metabolism will slow down if you choose to do this diet. I’ll explain.

When you start the lemonade diet you’re going into it with a “big engine”. Depriving yourself of essential nutrients results in malnutrition, by definition. Therefore, your body, the miraculous piece of machinery that it is, will turn to your muscle tissue, your metabolic engine, to sustain life. It will break down your muscle and use it as fuel because you’ll be eliminating protein from your diet. So, don’t do this to lose fat. It does not work that way.

How to ease back into food:

First day drink three one liter bottles of orange juice with two tablespoons of maple syrup in each.

On the second day drink fruit and vegetable juice or broth.

On the third day re-introduce your body to fresh fruits and vegetables.

On the 4th day eat anything, focus on non-processed, organic products.

If you choose not to follow the ease-out process prepared to become nauseous and possibly sick.

What You Do Not Know About HO Scale Trains

Posted on 27. Aug, 2009 by Ferdinand Emy.

HO scale trains are the most famous and renowned sort of trains in the world. They are sought after people because of the perfect mix they give between attention to detail and size.

HO scale trains are considered medium sized model trains by most countries, except in Japan, where they are considered large model trains. In fact, Japan is a curious case when it comes to HO scale trains.

Due to the country’s nature, Japans houses do not have as much room as their western counterparts. Therefore, because of their smaller size, N scale trains are more renowned in that country. N scale trains are similarly considered the norm, so they’re taken as the standard for normal or medium size of trains. Since HO scale trains are bigger than N scale trains, its just natural that they’re considered large trains. In fact, Japan is the only country in the world where HO scale trains are not the most popular model trains.

On the rest of the world, HO scale trains are considered the best. That is because they have many advantages over the other scales.

The first advantage is that they’re big enough that they may be very detailed. Not only that, but likewise because little details are simple to see without a magnifying glass. Additionally, working on those details is much easier than doing so in smaller scale trains.

Plus, they are big enough that they are safe for children to play with, as they are easier to handle for their little hands. Smaller scales have parts that can be swallowed by small children, which isn’t the case for HO scale trains.

HO scale trains are similarly preferred over larger trains because they let for a more detailed track layout in a small space than larger trains.

HO scale trains also tend to be cheaper than other scales. They’re cheaper than smaller scales because the procedure to produce them is not as demanding as the procedure of smaller scales. On the other hand, they are likewise cheaper than larger scales because they require less material.

Plus, because they have a bigger demand than other types of train, HO scale trains merit from economies of scale that result from a bigger production. This also tends to lower prices.

Just as a conclusion, if you did not know it already, HO scale trains are built at a scale of 1:87. Since this scale is almost half the O scale, the scale has named HALF O, which then was shortened to HO.

The Koala – Death of Sam The Bushfire Koala

Posted on 27. Aug, 2009 by Jennifer Schellington.

In February 2009 bush fires had a devastating affect on the state of Victoria. The fires burnt over 400,000 hectares with 210 people losing their lives and thousands losing their homes.

Out of the ashes came a story that filled the world with hope. It was the survival of a Koala called Sam. Millions watched as a fire fighter gave Sam 3 full bottle of water. Her paws were covered in second and third degree burns and she was sent to South Ash Wildlife Refuge in Victoria to recover.

It turns out that Sam the Koala had a disease called “Urogenital chlamydia” This disease has affected nearly 50% of the Koala population particularly in the Victoria area. It may sound familiar to you as Chlamydia is usually associated with a human sexually transmitted disease. Koalas are affected similarly with females becoming infertile. Other symptoms include urinary tract infections and even loss of sight.

Sam the Koala was taken into surgery to remove cysts that were a direct consequence of the disease. On opening her up, the vet found that the disease had spread much further than they had first thought. It would have left Sam in too much pain. It was decided that it would be kinder to euthanize Sam

The firefighter who rescued the Koala and gave him the water, David Tree, is said to be devastated. The Koala was for him such a fighter and a symbol of hope for the bushfire survivors. The people of Victoria intend to place a commemorative plaque near the place where he was given the water.

A native animal to Australia, the Koala is a must see animal on your visit to Australia. You’ll see them high up in the Eucalyptus trees if you are lucky. This is their main food supply and actually gives them 90% of their water requirements. It’s very rare for them to drink water.

Koala bears carry their young in a pouch, making them a marsupial. Did you know that the baby Koala is called a joey? It is only 2cm long when it is born and will live in its mother’s pouch for at least 6 months. It will then spend time in and out of the pouch until it can survive on its own.

If you want to cuddle a Koala then you need to go to a wildlife park or Koala sanctuary. Not all will let you, but some will. The nicest way to see a Koala though is in the wild. Unfortunately they are no where near as common as the Kangaroo so seeing one can be difficult. You just need to know where to look.

My only piece of advice is not to attempt to cuddle one in the wild. If you disturb their sleep they can be ferocious. Take a look at their claws and you’ll understand why.

Visit the Real Australia Travel Website (details below) for ideas on where to see them in the wild. It also has lots of interesting facts about the Koala and you can see the video of Sam drinking from the firefighter

The lemonade diet, also known as the master cleanse diet, is a relatively simple process that many people begin with the intent to lose weight. The best reason to start this program is not because Beyonce lost 20 pounds with it. Rather, if you wish to try this diet, do it to cleanse your colon. So, if you still want to try it, here re the 3 essential steps for lemonade diet success.

The first part of the program eases you into it – psychologically. Om the first day you eliminate all processed food and meat from your diet and eat only fruits and vegetables. On the second day you will drink only fruit and vegetable juice. And on the third day you will drink 2 liters of orange juice and water to quench your thirst. The 2nd step of the lemonade diet entails drinking the lemonade and water all day long. When you feel hungry drink lemonade and follow it with several sips of purified water. You must drink the entire two liters of lemonade by the end of the day.

The most challenging part of the master cleanse is the 3rd part. This part is known as the salt water flush. You’re going to drink salt water until you induce bowel movements. This will flush your colon. Mix 1-liter of room temperature water with a tsp. of sea salt. Try and drink the entire mixture as fast as possible. most lemonade dieters can do it in one gulp. After drinking the salt water, continue about your day until a bowel movement occurs. This usually happens within 1-hr. of drinking the salt water. Your best bet is to do this at night because you will be “going” for awhile. When you can go for 15-min. without eliminating, you will be safe.

The time frame for which people stay on the lemonade diet depends; some master cleanse dieters do it for as little as three days while others can go up to two weeks. Whenever going on such a diet always consult with your physician if you have prior medical conditions. The ease-out steps are an essential process to prepare your body for regular food again. It is critical that you change your eating habits afterwards and it’s important to remember that this diet, like all diets, will slow metabolism. That’s right. You will be losing muscle during this diet and muscle is your metabolic engine.

If you started the diet with a 200 horsepower engine, you will finish the lemon aid diet with a smaller engine. The longer you stay on it the smaller your engine will be. So don’t do this for weight loss. If you choose to go on this diet, do it to flush your colon, not as an attempt to lose fat.

Fourth eat whatever you’d like, just be sure to focus on “eating clean”.

Word of warning, many people skip the ease-out part of the plan – and they get sick. Don’t be like these people. Follow the plan.

The French Open

It is highly unimaginable that people will not know of the French Open tennis championship, because it is a competition which is a regular topic of conversation. In French the name of the competition is ‘Les Internationaux de France de Roland Garros’ or ‘Tournoi de Roland Garros’. This tournament, which lasts for roughly a fortnight is held in Paris at the Roland Garros Stadium, from which it got its name.

The French Open is one of the most advertised and broadcast sports events in the whole world of sport and many VIP’s attend it. The attendees of the game are fanatics who await with baited breath every stroke, especially when there is a tight battle between the two players, doing|trying| their best to win. TV viewers actually get a feeling of being there live too.

The French Open tennis championship comes in second on the annual schedule of the Grand Slam tournaments and its history stretches back to the year of 1891 when it became an international competition. In those days, it was named the ‘International Championship of Tennis of France’ or ‘Championat de France International de Tennis’ in French.

Initially, only players that were registered or licensed in France were allowed to participate in this competition, but things took a different turn in 1925, when the French open tennis tournament finally became accessible to foreign players. In 1912, the court the players used was made of red brick dust. Actually the crushed brick was formed into red clay that covered the ground, which until then would have been a green lawn.

The public’s enthusiasm for the French Open tennis tournament held at the Roland Garros stadium, goes back to a competition fought between the Philadelphia Four (Rene Lacoste, Jean Borotra, Henri Cochet and Jacques Brugnon) who won the Davis Cup in 1927.
