Buying a pre-owned golf GPS unit can be a sensible decision if you want to improve your golf game without spending a lot of money. There is absolutely nothing wrong with buying a used system unless of course it is broken or not functioning properly.
You should be equipped with at least a basic knowledge of golf GPS units before you make your purchase. These units vary depending on the many features and uses. The seller should be able to disclose all the features, including some minor defects if there are any. Make sure to research the newer models so that you can have a point of comparison.
