Your faith is very important to God because it tells him where your heart is. If you are like me, you like to take your time out each day to find relaxation and peace. I find that taking a few minutes each day for prayer and meditation is always a good way to go. I think that you can learn a lot from the spiritual realm by just taking some time out each day to learn more about you and more about life in general. I personally like to help others that are hurting and I think that my prayer and meditation times allow me to give more of myself because I am much more relaxed than if I was in an anxiety mode.
